Can I move the toilet once it’s on-site?
A toilet can be moved once it’s in position, but please do so carefully. If you’re looking to move the toilet please keep us informed. Please avoid placing the toilet on one-way streets or near a parked car.
Are there lights in the units?
Our mobile toilets for hire do not have lights installed and rely on external lighting through a translucent roof. Please bear this in mind when choosing the location of the unit and ensure that the roof is not obscured by trees etc.
Where is the best place to put the toilet?
In order to deliver, service and collect the toilet, our team need clear access to the site where the toilet is placed – along with clear access to the toilet itself (4 metres maximum). We just required an accurate site address for delivery with any relevant navigation details to assist our team.
Do I need to be here when you deliver/collect the toilets?
This would help our team! We may require help on site to get to the delivery points.
Are the toilets suitable for disposing of sanitary products?
Please do not place anything other than toilet roll into our portable toilets, in order to avoid blockages.
Can the unit be used for storage on site?
Please do not store anything in our portable toilets. Anything placed in them will not be safe or secure and may block access to service the toilet.
